You must be 18 years of age or over to enrol on any course.

You must be able to communicate effectively in English (speaking, reading, and writing) for all courses.

For SIA courses you must be eligible to work in the UK and have no unspent criminal convictions that would prevent you from obtaining an SIA licence.

For the SIA Close Protection Refresher you must hold a valid Level 3 First Aid qualification (FAW/FREC3/FPOS) before attending.

Valid government-issued photo ID (passport or driving licence) must be brought on Day 1.

Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months) must be brought on Day 1.

For all SIA courses: ACT (Action Counter Terrorism) eLearning must be completed before attending. Instructions and access details will be provided after booking.

You may cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge within 48 hours of making your booking.

Cancellations made after 48 hours are non-refundable.

Rescheduling after 48 hours is subject to availability and may incur an administration fee.

No-shows on the day of the course forfeit their full course fee with no right to a refund or transfer.

CherryTree Foundation reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to insufficient enrolments or unforeseen circumstances. In this case, affected students will receive a full refund or an alternative date at no extra cost.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer.

A confirmation email will be sent once payment has been processed successfully.

Course fees do not include the SIA licence application fee, which is payable directly to the SIA (£204 for a first licence; £102 for a renewal). SIA processing typically takes 25 working days.

Assessment results are issued within 10–12 working days of your final assessment day.

A free workbook is provided for all SIA courses.

Unlimited free exam resits are included for Door Supervision, DS Refresher, and CCTV courses.

Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) is included within the Door Supervision course.

The SIA licence fee (£204 first licence / £102 renewal) is separate and payable directly to the Security Industry Authority.

CSCS course includes 2 free resits.

The CITB Health, Safety & Environment test is booked during Day 2 of the CSCS course and takes place at a local test centre. It is not held at our venue.

CNCI Fibre Optic Cabling includes 1 free resit. A laptop with Wi-Fi is required.

Level 2 Gym Instructing and Level 3 Personal Training are in-person courses. Unlimited free resits are included.

Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work includes unlimited free resits.

All courses include free job support from the CherryTree Foundation team to help you find employment after qualifying.

Job support is offered on a best-efforts basis and does not guarantee employment.
