This course provides the knowledge and practical skills required to operate forklift trucks safely in a professional environment. You will learn correct operating techniques, understand workplace safety procedures, and develop the awareness needed to reduce risks when moving and stacking loads.

The training covers both the theory and practical aspects of forklift operation. You will learn about safety regulations, workplace responsibilities, and hazard awareness when operating lifting equipment. Practical sessions focus on vehicle controls, safe manoeuvring, load handling, stacking and de-stacking, and operating forklifts in confined warehouse spaces. Instructors guide you through each stage of the training to ensure you understand safe operating procedures and build confidence with the equipment.

Courses run for 2–5 days depending on your experience, with training available in London at Park Royal (NW10) and Beckton (E6).

After successfully completing the training and assessment, you will receive a forklift operator licence confirming that you are qualified to operate the relevant forklift truck safely.

This certification demonstrates that you have met recognised workplace safety standards and are competent to operate forklift equipment in warehouse and industrial environments, improving your employability across logistics, construction, and distribution sectors.
