  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and supervise a team of door supervisors, ensuring the safety and security of staff, customers, and premises.

    • Oversee entry and exit points, ensuring only authorised individuals are allowed entry.

    • Handle any potential conflicts or disturbances in a calm and professional manner.

    • Work closely with management to ensure the security team is fully equipped and performing at their best.

    • Perform ID checks and ensure compliance with venue policies and licensing laws.

    • Manage crowd control and assist with maintaining order during peak hours.

    • Ensure that all staff are adhering to safety protocols and best practices.

    • Take responsibility for delegating duties and ensuring effective team communication during shifts.

    • Ensure a professional, smart, and approachable image is maintained at all times.

    Must have:

    • Valid SIA Door Supervisor license (essential).

    • Previous experience working in a security role, particularly in a bar or nightlife setting.

    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

    • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • A proactive and responsible approach to work.

    • Flexibility to work Friday and Saturday evenings.

    • Be happy to work within the Bar/Pub environment.

Corporate Security Officer

  • Key Responsibilities:
    Provide high-quality security and customer service, manage access control, monitor CCTV, and carry out regular patrols. Respond to incidents and security risks promptly, report suspicious activity, and work closely with on-site teams while maintaining accurate records and compliance with procedures.

    Requirements:
    Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence with at least one year of corporate security experience. Strong communication and customer service skills, professional presentation, and a proactive approach are essential. Must be physically fit, able to stay calm under pressure, and handle confrontational situations. First Aid and CCTV licences are desirable.

Impeccable presentation, professionalism, and flexibility are essential, as well as eligibility for enhanced DBS clearance.
